House rules
We only work by appointment. The reserved time has been reserved especially for you. If you are late for the appointment, this time will unfortunately be deducted from the treatment duration. However, the costs for a full treatment will be calculated.
An appointment must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance (free of charge). If you cancel within 24 hours before the treatment, 50% of the costs incurred will be charged.
You can move an appointment up to 48 hours in advance.
A “no-show” will be charged in full.
Hygiene is important in my salon; smoking, drinking and pets are therefore not allowed.
All treatments are guaranteed for one week if all maintenance instructions are followed.
Chemicals are used in the salon, for this reason children are not allowed.
Imani Romana Beauty Center reserves the right to refuse clients whose personal hygiene leaves something to be desired.
Treatments are discontinued in case of: fever, cold sores, flu, severe cold, contagious skin diseases.
Imani Romana Beauty Center is not liable for damage, of whatever nature, caused by the fact that the information provided by the client is incorrect or incomplete, for example about illness, medicine, work or leisure activities.
11. All sales are final policy - that means services are non-refundable.
Gift cards
Gift vouchers have a validity date of 1 year. You must bring the gift voucher with you on the day of treatment. However, if you forget this, the normal rate will be charged. Lost/expired gift cards cannot be refunded.
In the event of a “no-show” with a gift voucher, the voucher will be cancelled. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift voucher is personal and cannot be passed on to third parties.
Complaints or dissatisfied?
I do everything I can to provide good quality services and products. It is of course possible that you are not satisfied. I would appreciate it if you let me know if you have a complaint, so that we can find a solution together.
Parking options
Parking is free and is possible right next to the salon.
Privacy
The processing of personal data takes place in accordance with applicable Dutch laws and regulations in the field of privacy. Your personal data will only be used by Imani Romana Beauty Center and will not be provided to third parties.
